I feel guilty in advance that I will not be posting many (or any) blog items in the next few months. I’ve signed a book contract with an insane deadline. So if you can spare a thought for me between now and Christmas, imagine me hunkered down over my laptop, my wife approaching from time to time to wipe the sweat from my brow with a limp rag and whisper words of encouragement.
